3 day diet plan to lose weight fast


This is a simple 3 day diet plan which has helped me many times to drop a few pounds quickly. Try this if you need to lose some weight fast. Many famous stars have also used this simple diet and it worked pretty effectively.

With this diet or any other diet, remember to drink at least 5 large glasses of water daily. Your first 3 days of dieting should follow the meal plan below, then for the next 3 days follow your regular diet plan then back to the meal plan below for another 3 days. After this you can continue on with your regular diet.

Following this diet you should be able to lose 10 lbs or more very easily.

Day 1 Diet Plan Menu:


Breakfast:

  • 1 Whole Grain toast with 1 spoon of low fat peanut butter and a half Grapefruit.

Lunch:

  • 2 Whole Grain toast with 1 small can of Tuna Fish mixed with some low fat Mayonnaise, chopped Red Onion, chopped celery, dash of salt and pepper, diced garlic pickles (This adds a good zing to your tuna fish).

Dinner:

  • 2 pieces of skinless Chicken Breast with 1/2 cup Green Beans, 1/2 cup Rice plus 1 Apple.

For your first day of this diet plan in addition to drinking water, you can also drink Green Tea or Low Fat Milk such as Skim Milk.

Day 2 Diet Plan Menu:


Breakfast:

  • 1 Whole Grain toast with 1 egg and a 1/2 banana.

Lunch:

  • 1 Whole Grain Pita Bread +1 cup of low fat yogurt mixed with some fresh berries.

Dinner:

  • Oven Roasted Salmon fillet, 1 cup of Broccoli,  1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple plus 1/2 banana

For your second day of this diet plan in addition to drinking water, you can also drink Green Tea or Low Fat Milk such as Skim Milk.


Day 3 Diet Plan Menu:


Breakfast:

  • 1 Whole Grain English Muffin, 1/2 Cup fresh Blueberries plus 1 Teaspoon Fat Free Cream Cheese

Lunch:

  • 2 cups Tossed Salad, 2 Tablespoons Fat Free Blue Cheese Salad Dressing plus 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple

Dinner:

  • 1 can of Tuna Fish mixed the same as day 1 lunch item, 1 cup Steamed Broccoli, 1 sliced medium cucumber, 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice plus 1 whole banana
For your third day of this diet plan in addition to drinking water, you can also drink Green Tea or Low Fat Milk such as Skim Milk.

First, this diet plan is for the purpose of developing low calorie diet. You can add a wide range of different fruits and vegetables as you see fit so that you ensure the proper vitamin nutrition intake needed is met for your own specific overall heath.

All I have done is given you some quick examples of simple meal plans to help you to lose weight faster and those meal plans can be changed a little if you do so desire to change them to a type of healthy food that you enjoy more.

Secondly, the food items are easy to buy and are priced pretty reasonable so it will be easy to follow the meal plan.
